Your TMS does rating, invoicing and accounting. What it usually lacks is a good connection to the driver in the truck. SarathiLink fills that gap without replacing anything.

Trips in

• REST API with a company API key: send one trip or many at once; sending the same trip again updates it, never duplicates it.
• CSV import from any TMS export, one row per stop, with a downloadable template.
• Drivers are matched by email; trips without a match wait on the board for a driver.

Driver updates out

• Every status change (at pickup, loaded, delivered…) is posted to your system's address as a signed webhook (HMAC-SHA256).
• Read any load back by its number through the API.
