Your BorderConnect eManifests, on the driver's phone

You already file ACE and ACI eManifests in BorderConnect. SarathiLink reads the answers from your account and shows them to the driver who is about to cross, so nobody has to call the office to ask.

Set up once

• On the Connections page, the company admin enters the BorderConnect API address and an API key made in BorderConnect's API dashboard.
• SarathiLink tests the link at once and then checks for new customs messages every few minutes.
• The key stays on the server; the office only sees its last four characters.

What updates by itself

• ACI functional acknowledgement → in progress with CBSA; ACCEPT → accepted; REJECT → needs fixing, with CBSA's reason.
• ACE responses → accepted, or rejected with CBP's reasons; trip status → released, held or arrived.
• Messages are matched to the load by the eManifest trip number or its PAPS / PARS numbers.
• Rejections and holds also alert the office.

The driver's copy

• Each company gets a private SarathiLink email address for driver's copies.
• The PDF that BorderConnect emails is read, matched to the right load and shown to the driver.
